The Philippines, Heritage vs. Culture Mass Decision

Dearest Holy Father, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, Pope Francis and the Successors of St. Peter,

My present condition has observed how the American Airman and Priest provided a distinct condition in my character through his introduction of my person as BAPTIZED and ROMAN CATHOLIC.  It is evident to me that the competence was not present from the adults who observed the decision when I was brought to the baptismal font of Sanctifying Grace and Ordered Justification in the delivery.  The country and island of the Philippines is not competent until they are instructed with a safe environment to learn.  There is a lack of freedom in their decision.  It is a fear and a demonstrative form of not freely enveloping the condition of Baptism and Consecration.
